Facilitation Services
We provide skilled and experienced facilitation services for every kind of planning meeting. Our RedPoint coaches are available to lead a highly interactive and participator discussion with your strategic goals and time pressures in mind. Clients have brought us in to facilitate a variety of events:
- All Hands Gatherings on-site
- Ask/Tell Process for introducing new team leaders to a work group
- Off-site budget creation sessions
- Product development and go-to-market maps
- Marketing and sales process execution
Facilitation services are made available in three options:
- Half Day = up to four hours on on-site leadership and facilitation.
- Full Day = up to 9 hours of on-site leadership and facilitation
- Whiteboard Block = ten hours are reserved in advance can be scheduled in two hour segments.
Your RedPoint coach will contact you prior to your meeting and request information regarding your desired outcomes, resource restraints and unique factors which may affect the meeting. RedPoint facilitators commit to preparing specifically and thoroughly for each planning engagement.
