A RedPoint coach meets with your CEO and leadership team in advance of your candidate interviews. A Red Point facilitator then interviews your top candidates (a 2-hour process) and provides a ten page Best Fit Report which describes and graphically demonstrates how well these candidates are likely to function with your existing team.
