This professional development module includes reading assignments, hands-on projects and regular assessment of leadership performance. Compass Coaching is a six-month package for leadership development for any member of your executive team. A RedPoint coach meets a leadership client on a monthly basis for two 90 minute sessions. The primary benefit of this package is twofold:
