Randy Phillips
FOUNDER
Randy is an influential teacher and coach with over 25 years experience in training leaders of all ages. He began his career as a secondary teacher and athletic director and then spent two decades developing leaders' within local churches in Colorado Springs, Springfield, MA and Bellevue, WA. In 1999, he started a started a new church in Redmond, Washington (Creekside Covenant) and grew it from an initial team of twelve adults to over 600 in weekly attendance. |

For the last 10 years Randy has devoted considerable time to coaching and leading executives including the facilitation of a weekly executive roundtable group in Seattle. He launched RedPoint Leadership in 2006 and in that year developed and refined the Executive Decision Compass and the Team Decision Compass tools. In 2007 he was credentialed by the Thomas Paterson Center as a certified Paterson Process™ facilitator for Strategic Operating Plans. In 2008 he became a certified LifePlan™ facilitator. In the last three years Randy has worked with over 200 executives to enable the creation of high performance teams and uniquely productive plans.
As one might expect of a former teacher/coach and pastor,
Randy is comfortable in front of a crowd and has spoken
to groups of 40 - 4,000 all across the United States.
He has won multiple awards for his communication/public
speaking ability and is now devoting time to a series
of books for leaders. His first book, "Guess Not!" will
be released in 2009.
Randy is a devoted husband and the father of two current college students who enjoy sending him new book recommendations from the front lines of academia. He still loves team sports and is an avid reader, woodworker and a recently trained glass blower. |
