Mary Pandiani
Over the course of the last 20 years, Mary Pandiani has provided coaching in various capacities. Whether in teaching, facilitating, leading and mentoring, Mary uses her unique strength of listening to instill trust and elicit valuable information that frames a course of action for those she coaches.
Starting as far back as a co-ed at UCLA, Mary brought together various groups of people to determine their organizational culture, their assets and plans to move forward. As a result of her education in psychology and organizational dynamics, she incorporates understanding the individual on a personal level as well as within a larger and corporate context. From her experience in the non-profit world to educational settings, these life lessons frame her offering to the individuals and groups she serves.
Most significantly, Mary sets the stage for connecting and bridging ideas, individuals and creativity. This combination provides an enjoyable environment for change and productivity, moving towards the goal of the individual and/or group.
Mary seeks out opportunities to work with non-profits, NGOs, and school systems, having served in those types of organizations for two decades. Her experience and skills suit what she offers in program planning, outcome development, vision and strategic planning, internal analysis, leadership development, employee support and most significantly, theory of change.
Within each of those settings, Mary has also established skills to offer individuals who require one-on-one coaching for transitional seasons. Individuals develop Life Plans that allow them to function well in all areas of their lives.
Mary holds leadership positions on various boards in the South Puget Sound area. She enjoys training for the Danskin Sprint Triathlon and spending time with her husband and family. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Global Leadership through the Intercultural Studies School at Fuller Seminary. With a BA in Psychology from UCLA and in Secondary Education from Point Loma Nazarene University, Mary combines years of work experience and education and consistently seeks to be a life-long learner.
