RedPoint Leadership Group was founded by in January of 2006 by Randy Phillips. A former teacher, coach and pastor, Randy tapped his 25 years of leadership experience in the arenas of education, counseling and local church ministry to build and refine the tools that fill RedPoint's toolbox today.
We believe that every effective organization must have a high-performance leadership team and operationally strategic plans in place to insure success. As capital commitments mount and countless man-hours accrue, effective leadership is required to harvest the opportunities sought by business owners and organizational stakeholders.
RedPoint continues to assemble talented leadership coaches, planning facilitators, skilled trainers and subject matter experts in a variety of fields. Each of our practitioners shares a common commitment. We are about leaders and want to fuel the success of every leader with whom we work.
